A while back, on one of my other blogs,
I made Chipotle-Mole Chili. It was one
of the best I've ever made. Good thing
I made lots of it because chili always tastes better the second day.
The only thing I'd do differently with this recipe is to add more chiles to make it more spicy... maybe a jalapeno or two, or some freshly roasted Hatch green chile.
