I had a strong hunger for chili so I browned a lb and 1/2 of ground beef. I added dehydrated onions and about 1/4 cup of dehydrated green pepper. I seasoned with my own chili powder, garlic and onion powder and seasoned salt and pepper. I added a large can of green chilis. I added a large can of stewed tomatoes and a can of tomato sauce. I tasted it but questioned it for my fussy wifes taste. So I added a large can of honey pork and beans and a large can of of kidney beans. My last additive was about 1/4 cup of pimento olives and the same with black olives. I served with shredded cheddar and sour cream. I liked the end product which was more midwest then tex mex.
